Limited Lifetime Warranty – Rezacore by Sound Scientific Inc.
1. Coverage Rezacore by Sound Scientific Inc. (“Rezacore”) warrants to the original retail purchaser that the Rezacore sound hole enhancement product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions, subject to the terms below.
This warranty applies only to products purchased new from Rezacore or an authorized Rezacore dealer and is not transferable.
Term of the warranty: Solid wood construction components (all tone woods / solid-wood structural and aesthetic parts):
Covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty for as long as the product is owned by the original purchaser, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Mechanical components (moving parts, adjustment mechanisms, fasteners, springs, bushings and any non-wood mechanical interfaces):
Covered against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 years from the original date of retail purchase, under normal use.
What Rezacore will do: If a covered defect arises within the applicable warranty period, Rezacore will, at its sole option: Repair the defective component; or Replace the product or component with the same or a comparable model; or Refund the original purchase price if repair or replacement is not commercially practical.
Any repaired or replaced part is warranted only for the remainder of the original applicable warranty period.
Exclusions: Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear (including surface marks, minor finish checking, cosmetic blemishes, and normal aging of wood).Damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, modification, or use contrary to Rezacore’s installation instructions. Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, dryness, direct sunlight, or other environmental conditions.
Damage resulting from use with instruments that are structurally unsound or improperly set up. Any alteration, repair, or adjustment performed by anyone not authorized by Sound Scientific Inc. Incidental or consequential damages (such as loss of use, loss of income, travel, shipping, or installation/removal costs), to the extent permitted by law.
Customer responsibilities and claims process to obtain warranty service, the original purchaser must: Provide proof of original purchase (dated sales receipt or invoice from Rezacore or an authorized dealer).
Contact Rezacore or the authorized dealer for a return authorization and instructions before shipping the product.
Prepay all shipping, insurance, and related costs to Rezacore; risk of loss or damage in transit remains with the customer. Rezacore reserves the right to inspect the product and determine, in its sole discretion, whether any claimed defect is covered under this warranty.
